Since all our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been purchased and delivered. However, we strive to ensure you have the best experience with our resources.
Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptions)
We may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days with proof of the transaction.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a major technical problem preventing you from accessing the product (and our support team is unable to resolve it), you may be eligible for a refund.
- Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive the wrong product, we will provide the correct one at no additional cost or issue a refund if necessary.
